Miles for Milestones 5k is a running race on October 31, 2026 in Knoxville, TN, with an entry fee of $30.
From the Organizer
Join us for the inaugural Miles for Milestones 5K & Fall Festival!
Hosted by Milestones Therapy and Wellness and the Mother-Baby Nutrition Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, this event brings our community together to celebrate inclusion, movement, and every child's unique journey.
Whether you're running for a personal record, walking with family, or cheering on participants, your registration directly supports children and families by helping fund MTW therapy scholarships, as well as other approved developmental and medical needs. Race day will include a timed 5K Run/Walk, a Kids' 100-Meter Dash/Run/Roll/Stroll, an inclusive Trick-or-Treat experience, and, of course, a costume contest!
Are you an MTW Family or running it as an community supporter?
Families who have completed an intensive through Milestones Therapy and Wellness are invited to create Family Teams. Friends, relatives, coworkers, and community members can join their team or make a donation to help them reach their fundraising goal. Funds raised by each Family Team are held by the Mother-Baby Nutrition Foundation and may be used for approved expenses such as therapy services, adaptive equipment, medical devices, and other qualifying developmental needs in accordance with Foundation policies.
Community Supporters: Not part of an MTW Family Team? You can still make a lasting impact. Your registration, donations, and race proceeds help launch the MTW Scholarship Fund, providing therapy intensive scholarships for families who otherwise could not access care. Families we have not yet had the opportunity to serve will be able to apply for these scholarships beginning in 2027. Every dollar helps remove financial barriers and gives another child the opportunity to reach their next milestone.
