From the Organizer
The Lynn Woods Relay is a long-standing trail relay race with teams of 4 runners each completing the same 2.5-mile loop through Lynn Woods.
The Club covers the $100 entry fee for WCRC teams, and we’ll have the team tent with food/refreshments at the ready before, during and after the race. We need everyone that wants to participate to get registered through the Run Sign-up link before August 18th so that we can put together teams, and get registered on time to make for a more organized race day experience. If you prefer certain team-mates, please mention that when registering or let me know and I’ll do my best to make it work. Race starts at 6:00pm but always best to arrive at 5:00pm to park, find the team tent and warm-up.
You can learn more about the history of Lynn Woods (the 2nd largest municipal park in the US) and the race itself from the Lynn Woods website including results back to 1973!

Running off-road — dirt, singletrack, and mountain paths — from 5Ks to ultras. The terrain, not the pace, is the whole point.
From 5K to marathon, running races are the most accessible entry point into endurance sport. There's a distance for every fitness level and a community at every start line.
