The Turtle Trot Walk Run will start and finish at Whalen Park in the town of Louisville. The race will start at 9 am with same day registration beginning at 7:30 am. The park is located 1.5 miles west of the River Course at Louisville Landing Recreation on State Route 131. The race course is a 3.4-mile flat, scenic route along the beautiful St. Lawrence River. In-Law Brewing Company will provide a ticket for a free beer, to anyone of legal drinking age, who registers for the race. Curran Renewable Energy will provide free T-shirts to the first 250 who register. You must register by July 6th to guarantee your t-shirt size choice.
Medals will be awarded to 1st place male and female winners in each of the following age groups: 15 and under, 16-29, 30+39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+
The Turtle Trot is a great family event. There will be door prizes, raffle and auction tents and a bounce house.
