Los Alamos High School NJROTC invites you to attend our third annual run for the awareness and prevention of veteran suicide.
Every day 22 Veterans commit suicide. In the 2022-23 school year, our NJROTC cadets ran a combined 22 miles in support of life and to let our local Veterans know their lives are important. On September 16, 2023 we hosted our first ever 'til Valhalla 5k and Fun Run in support Mission 22's fight against Veteran suicide! Mission 22 is an organization that is committed to "provide extensive, personalized support and resources to help Veterans and their families thrive." After just two years, between our dedication and your participation we have raised $15,350 in support of this cause.
Not a runner but still want to do the full 5k because 1 mile just isn’t enough? Walkers are invited to participate in the 5k as well!
If you sign up for the 5k or virtual 5K and donate $50 or more you will receive $15 off your registration fee!
If you sign up for the Fun Run and donate $30 or more you will receive $5 off your registration fee!
