The KARES Foundation with the support of our KDM5C community globally hits the pavement September 25 - 27 (or whatever day works for you!) for the 5th annual 5K "For the Long Run"! Run, walk, roll, hop, skip, dance, or bike with us from wherever you are in the world to raise awareness and funds for KDM5C.

Create a team event that works for your community! Whether you're gathering dozens of friends at a local park or taking an individual walk, we appreciate your participation.
