Kappa Sigma at Georgia Southern University will be hosting a 5k Run/Walk to raise money for the Statesboro Fire Department and firefighter Pat Long on September 10th, 2026 to remember and honor our fallen heroes from the terrorist attacks of September 11th, 2001. The Kappa Sigma 9/11 5k run is free for anyone who wants to sign up and participate. The event starts at Kappa Sigma at 5:00 PM.
The Kappa-Zeta Chapter will present all donations and funds raised to the Statesboro Fire Department and Pat Long.
Note: *Individual timers will not be recorded. A clock will be present at the finish line where you can see your time*
