About the KC Temple Run
Established in 2011, the 15th annual Kansas City Temple Run is a 5K run made successful by more than 2000 participants yearly. Kansas City Temple Run attendees have donated truckloads of food and thousands of hygiene and cleaning items to various local charitable organizations including Valor Ranch (2019), Amethyst Place (2021), Della Lamb (2022), Hillcrest Platte Country (2023), Mothers Refuge (2024) and Veterans Community Project (2025).
The Kansas City Temple Run was established to celebrate the Kansas City, Missouri Temple and strengthen the faith, health and community involvement of participants. All are invited and encouraged to register and participate in this wonderful event.
