Why: This race is to raise awareness and support for Project Hope for the Homeless, the only emergency homeless shelter in Lake County
For the 5K race: The top 3 male finishers and top 3 female finishers will be awarded.
Awards will also be given to the top 3 finishers in these age groups: 14 and younger, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and older
The 1 Mile Walk is untimed and no awards will be given.
Location: Project Hope for the Homeless, 25 Freedom Road, Painesville Township, Ohio - (off Newell Street, first street north of the railroad tracks)
Parking: The Dyson Corporation parking lot on Freedom Road just to the west of Project Hope for the Homeless.
Day of event in-person registration along with race bib and shirt distributions will be from 7:30 am to 8:15 am Sat. Aug. 22 at Project Hope for the Homeless.
