7th Annual Hoppy Half Marathon, Half Relay (2-3 person teams- must provide transportation) 10K or 5K takes place on Saturday September 26, 2026 @ 8:00 AM on the scenic Chief Standing Bear Trail in Beatrice, NE. Route is out & back on fast flat mostly crushed limestone trail with some paved trail. Friendly leashed dogs are allowed. 1st & 2nd in Age group awards (10-year divisions in 5k, 10k & 1/2 solo) 1st, 2nd 3rd team awards (combined 2/3 person) Virtual race option available.
Your race entry includes awesome swag of a long sleeve soft blend shirt, custom medal, bib timing, post-race refreshments, 1 free beverage & entry into Oktoberfest. Must Register by September 16 to be guaranteed a shirt on race day. Late & Race Day registration accepted and will receive a shirt at later date. This is a fundraiser donating proceeds to the maintenance & sustainability of Chief Standing Bear trail which is maintained by a non-profit entity. The race takes place in conjunction with Oktoberfest at Stone Hollow Brewing Co which includes food vendors, a stein contest & live music!
