THE HAWK HUSTLE 5K Run/Walk will take place on Sunday, October 11th at 9 AM and will start and finish on the track at The Hawk giving spectators the advantage of sitting in the bleachers to enjoy both the start and the finish of the race. The entry fee includes a t-shirt if you register by October 1st (after 10/1 we cannot guarantee a t-shirt). Refreshments will also be available after the race.
Location: The Hawk - Farmington Hills Community Center 29995 W 12 Mile Rd. Formerly Harrison High School, the 245,000 square foot multipurpose community center and 42-acre park provides a hub for residents and guests of all ages, interests and abilities to enjoy drama, music, visual and performing arts, aquatics, athletics, fitness and wellness, along with many other programs, classes, camps and events. We welcome everyone to visit The Hawk as you will not be disappointed.
Entry Fee: $25 Pre (before Sept. 27) $35 Sept. 28-Oct.10, - REGISTRATION LIMITED TO 400 TOTAL RUNNERS. No in-person Race Day Registration, online only. No Refunds.
Finisher Medal: All finishers will receive a Medal.
Results: Your accurate chip time and current overall and age group place will be texted to your phone and live on this site. The race is professionally timed by the Michigan Running Foundation.
Awards: 10 & under, 11-12 13-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+ Overall and Master (over 40) will receive separate awards as well.
Packet Pick Up: Race day only at The Hawk 7:30 AM-8:45 AM- Please plan on arriving early.
Park in the adjacent lots at The Hawk
This course is an open course through the subdivision, we are allowed to run there as guests of that subdivision. Please make sure you show good sportsmanship and encourage it to those around you! No animals are allowed- Strollers only when participant is walker/slow runner at back of pack and non-competitive in race.
PLEASE AT ALL TIMES SHOW RESPECT TO EVERYONE IN THE SUBDIVISION ALONG WITH FELLOW RUNNERS DURING THE RACE. Thank you.
