Join CHP for our annual Harvest Home Festival & 5K!
You can purchase both festival tickets and 5K registrations in advance here!
Festival admission is included with your 5K registration fee! Register early to take advantage of early bird pricing!

Admission to the Harvest Home Festival only is $10 ($50 family cap). Kids under 5 are free. All 5K runners receive free admission to the festival.

Get active this fall and join CHP at our annual Harvest Home 5K Farm Race to celebrate our 2026 season. Race starts and finishes at the Community Harvest Barn and will take place around the farm fields on Wheeler and N Brigham Hill Roads. Be aware that the farm fields have uneven terrain, and may have muddy areas depending on the weather.
Bib Pick-up at 37 Wheeler Rd, North Grafton

Saturday 10/31 from 8:30-10:30am
All proceeds directly support CHP's mission of building healthy, active and engaged communities through volunteer farming and nutrition education.
