The Give Hope 5K will take place at the beautiful Frank Liske Park in Concord, NC. This is a family-friendly event aimed at raising funds and awareness for the homeless and the hungry in our community one stride at a time! All proceeds will benefit the homeless and food insecure communities.
The 5K will occur rain or shine. Packet pick up will be from 8:15am-8:45am. Onsite registration will be available for cash, zelle, cashapp or venmo payments only. There will be light refreshments and water provided.
**After the 5K we will have medals presented to the Overall Male and Female Top performers (1st place). Top Performers Male and Female (1st, 2nd & 3rd place) in age groups 14-19, 20-39, 40-59, 60+. We will have prizes for the Top 3 Kids Fun Run winners. We will announce the raffle prize winners, photo opportunities and more!
Schedule of Events
Saturday, August 1st: RACE DAY!
8:15am - Race Packet Pickup/Check-In, Sponsor Expo
8:45am- Pre-Race Welcome & Group Stretching
9:00am- Race begins
10:30am- Post Race Awards Ceremony, Raffle Giveaway, Sponsor Expo, Light Refreshments
NOTE: There are NO refunds for this race. Race organizers reserve the right to modify, change, cancel, or reschedule the race and are not accountable if it is deemed necessary for the safety and comfort of participants, volunteers, or staff.
