From the Organizer
The Garden Spot 5K Run and 5K Walk is back and will be better than ever! IN-PERSON, IN FRANKLIN KY!
We will continue to have a Virtual 5K option for the 2026 event for those that can't join us in person on race day, but want to participate on their own schedule and at their own location.
Held annually in beautiful downtown Franklin, Kentucky, this event attracts a sizable crowd for a day out filled with fun and awards! The primarily flat course carries participants through historic downtown Franklin and into beautiful partially shaded residential areas, finishing back at the old Simpson County Courthouse. Awards in fourteen age categories are presented from the bandstand as participants and onlookers enjoy the shaded area provided by 100 year old maple trees. All registrants will receive an event shirt!
It all adds up to a great weekend in Franklin, Kentucky!
For the safety of all participants, no animals are allowed on the race course.
