Ready for a FLIPPIN' good time?!? Please join us on Saturday, August 22, 2026, at the Williamsburg Indoor Sports Complex (WISC) for the Flippin' 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run. This race is hosted by Colonial Sports to benefit the Virginia Elite Gymnastics Academy Competitive Team Parents Association. This non-profit organization supports the financial needs of VEGA team gymnasts, including tuition, competition funds, and uniforms. All finishers (5K and 1 mile) will receive a finisher medal, and finisher certificates will be given to the top two male and female finishers in each age group of the 5K run.
PRE-REGISTRATION CLOSES ON AUGUST 14TH AT NOON!
Limited race day registration will be available for an additional $10 fee per race, but swag bags will not be guaranteed. REGISTER TODAY!
Packet Pickup Information: Friday, August 21st from 5:00-7:30PM at WISC and Saturday morning starting at 7:30AM.
