From the Organizer
Join the SouthWest Metro Chamber of Commerce during Carver Steamboat Days for the First Responders 5K & Kids Fun Run, a community tradition with a meaningful mission!
Over the past four years, the SouthWest Metro Chamber Foundation has donated more than $52,000 in support of local first responders, including the Carver, Chaska, Chanhassen, and Victoria Fire Departments, Chaska Police Department, Carver County Sheriff’s Office, Ridgeview EMS, MN LEMA, and MFFMA.The Chamber Foundation is building on that impact by expanding support for first responder mental health resources, scholarships for students with first responder parents, and other initiatives that give back to those who serve local communities.
Be part of history at the Chamber’s first-ever First Responders 5K while celebrating Carver’s largest community event of the year - Steamboat Days! After crossing the finish line, stick around for a full day of festivities including the Car Show, MN Marketplace, Kids Zone attractions, live music, family entertainment, fireworks, food and a beer tent, and more.
Run, walk, bring the family, and help the SouthWest Metro Chamber of Commerce continue making a difference for local first responders!
