The Lake Ariel Fire Company is excited to announce our 3rd Annual Firefighter Cancer Awareness Fun Run/Walk as part of our campaign at raising awareness for firefighter cancer. This race is more than just a race it a beacon of hope, strength and healing for our first responders.
Join us for a night filled with community spirit as we honor our brave firefighters and support this important cause. Whether you run, walk, or cheer from the sidelines, your participation will make a difference.

Cannot make the event? We have added a virtual race. You will get the same swag as if you did the walk/run in person. Once your race results have been uploaded, we will contact you for where and how you can pick up your swag. Sign up today for The Lake Ariel Volunteer Fire Company’s Firefighters Cancer Awareness 5K Luminary Run/Walk. All donations will go towards the purchasing of ire-retardant protective equipment to safeguard firefighters responding to incidents from hazardous materials (house fires, brush fires and motor vehicle accidents) as well as being able to help with other financial needs during their diagnosis.
