The East Brady River Run is a scenic 5K race held along the beautiful Allegheny River in East Brady, Pennsylvania, offering runners a flat, picturesque course that highlights the charm of this riverfront community. More than just a race, the event brings participants together in support of the Bill Markel Memorial Scholarship, helping to honor Bill Markel’s legacy by providing educational opportunities for local students, while being active along the road and river he loved. Start Time: Both events begin at 10:00 AM
5K Run: The 5K run is for serious or casual runners of all ages and will be chip timed by Runner's High.
1-Mile Walk: Untimed, relaxed, and perfect for all ages!
Children 4 and under are FREE!
Leashed Pets are welcome!
MUST BE REGISTERED ON OR BEFORE SEPTEMBER 5th, 2026 TO BE GUARANTEED A RACE DAY SHIRT.
T-shirts will be available for purchase on race day in limited sizes and quantities.
