
From the Organizer
A one-mile race to celebrate the 4th of July in Corydon, Iowa! Open to all runners and walkers of any age. Featuring medals for the top 3 finishers of each gender, a prediction contest (no watches/phones allowed!) and an award for "most patriotic" runner!
All entry fees and donations will go to support the Wayne JH/HS Cross Country Program and Corydon's Fast and Furious Run Club.
Medals will be given out to the top 3 overall finishers in each general (no age-group categories)
We will also have a prediction contest where all entrants will give a predicted time (given during on-site bib pick up or registration) and the closest guess will earn a medal.
We will also give a medal to the most patriotic runner, so dress up and show your love of America during this event!.
Start and finish lines will be on the Corydon Square, near the Wayne Theater. (110 N. Franklin St, Corydon)

All entrants will be guaranteed a shirt and their size ordered if you registered by midnight on 6/25/26. All entries after that date will NOT be guaranteed a shirt or a size. Instead you will be given a shirt based on availability.
Online registration ends at noon on Friday, July 3rd. Race day registration will be available from 7:30 - 8:15 am on Saturday, July 4th. Shirt availability is NOT guaranteed for any race day entries.
