Celiac Through Changing Times walk/run will take place at the Saw Mill Creek shelter in the Willow Bay area of Onondaga Lake Park. The National Celiac Association (NCA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to educating and advocating for individuals with celiac disease and non-celiac gluten sensitivities, their families and communities throughout the country.
