Celebrate A Life 5K Walk

Join Quinlan Care Concepts "Celebrate A Life 5K Walk!" This event raises funds for the programs and services at Quinlan Care Concepts and all its divisions: Karen Ann Quinlan Hospice, Quinlan Palliative Care, and the Joseph T. Quinlan Bereavement Center. 

The Celebrate A Life 5K Walk we be held on Saturday, September 26, 2026 at the New Jersey State Fairgrounds. The event opens at 9 a.m. for registration with the opening ceremony starting at 9:45 a.m. and the 5K walk starting promptly at 10 a.m.

By popular demand the COLOR BLAST is back for 2026! There will be several COLOR BLAST Stations on the walk route! Celebrate with color this year!

All proceeds raised will benefit the programs and services at Quinlan Care Concepts and all its divisions.

Cost to register is $25 per person over the age of 13. For ages 5-13 the registration is $15. If you raise $150 you receive a memorial marker with your loved one's name on it to be displayed on the walk route. During registration you will have the opportunity to create a fundraising page as well as create a team!

As part of the campaign, we encourage you to fundraise by sharing with your participation with family and friends on social media and via email. The walk officially starts on Saturday, September 26 at 10 a.m. at the New Jersey State Fairgrounds/Sussex County Fairgrounds. The physical route is 5K or 3.1 miles long.

After the walk you can join us at the Fairgrounds to reflect on the memorial markers, view pictures submitted to the BIGGS Memory Wall and browse the vendors. We invite you to bring a picture of your loved one for display on the wall. We laminate all photos received and display them annually at the walk.
