Lace up your running shoes and join the Bryan Symphony Orchestra for the inaugural Outrun the Overture 5K at Dogwood Park—a one-of-a-kind race where live orchestral music sets the pace!
At 7:40 PM, Maestro Dan Allcott will give the downbeat to begin the 5K. As the orchestra launches into Leroy Anderson's Home Stretch, runners will take off from the starting line. Immediately following, the Bryan Symphony Orchestra will perform Tchaikovsky's thrilling 1812 Overture as participants make their way through the course, creating an unforgettable race experience unlike any other.
Whether you're chasing a personal best, walking with family and friends, or simply supporting the arts, Outrun the Overture is a fun event for participants of all ages and abilities.
Your registration supports the Bryan Symphony Orchestra's mission to inspire, educate, and enrich our community through exceptional live orchestral performances and music education programs that serve thousands of students throughout the Upper Cumberland each year.
