From the Organizer
Join us for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Shelby County’s very first Color Run! We are excited to bring our community together for a fun and active day at our inaugural 3K Fun Run/Walk at Morrison Park.
Registration will take place at the Boys & Girls Club of Shelbyville, and the race will begin and end at Morrison Park. Every participant will receive an event t shirt and one color packet with registration. Along the route, participants will enjoy color stations and water stations to keep the fun going from start to finish.
This event is all about having fun and bringing the community together. There will be no timers, awards, or official race results. Whether you choose to run, walk, or just enjoy the atmosphere, everyone is welcome. Adults and youth are encouraged to participate.
The course is approximately 3K, or 1.8 miles, and the race map will be posted soon.
Please note that the color powder used during the event is dissolvable and designed to wash away. However, we still recommend wearing shoes and clothing that you are comfortable getting messy or possibly stained.
Come out, get colorful, and help us make our first ever Color Run a day to remember!
