Art on the Run is a running race on September 19 – October 17, 2026 in Missoula, MT.
From the Organizer
Art on the Run is back with a fresh route and plenty to see along the way!
Join Run Wild Missoula for a moving tour of Missoula’s vibrant public art scene. We’ll run from stop to stop, checking out colorful murals, sculptures, and installations while about the stories behind the work.
This edition will feature stops at the ZACC alley murals, Silver Park’s newly updated Sculpture Park, the Radiant Mural at the Montana Natural History Center, Millennium Circle, and Coyote is Seeing All of the Land at the Missoula Art Museum.
We’ll finish at Caras Park during the Viva Montana Latin Heritage Festival, where runners can stick around for a Latin dance demonstration—and even learn a few moves themselves!
Come ready to run, explore, learn, and experience Missoula’s art and culture in a whole new way!
