From the Organizer
We are honored to host the 3rd Annual “From Ana Banana With Love” 5K Run/Walk & 1 Mile Fun Run!
What began as a way to honor Ana’s beautiful legacy has grown into a mission of love, hope, and support for families facing unimaginable challenges.
In our first event in 2024, we were able to support a mother bravely fighting breast cancer, as well as little Sofia, who was battling DIPG—the same diagnosis Ana had. While Sofia sadly passed away in March 2025, her courage continues to inspire us and remains part of this journey.
In 2025, together with our amazing community, we helped two more children:
Greyson, who continues his fight against brain cancer and is currently undergoing chemotherapy.
Carla, who underwent surgery in February 2026 to remove nearly 90 kidney tumors while preserving both kidneys. She continues her fight with 35 planned rounds of chemotherapy.
Because of your support, we have been able to bring hope and assistance to families who need it most.
In 2026, we want to continue this legacy of love.
This year, we are looking to identify two children and their families to support through this year’s event.
Every step taken, every registration, every donation, and every act of support helps make a difference.
Join us as we run, walk, remember, and give back—From Ana Banana With Love.
This year, all additional funds raised from the event will go toward establishing the Ana Molnar Foundation. Inspired by Ana’s life and spirit, this foundation will be dedicated to supporting families navigating the hardships of pediatric cancer. Our goal is to offer tangible help, emotional support, and a sense of community to those who need it most. No child should ever have to face such a devastating illness without support—and through this foundation, they won’t have to.
