From the Organizer
The 82nd Airborne Division Association invites you to join us for our 3rd Annual 9-11 Run to Remember 5K (Run, Ruck, or Walk). We honor and remember the lives lost and the heroes of September 11th, 2001. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation in honor of former 82nd Airborne Division Paratrooper and Chief of Department Peter J. Ganci, Jr., FDNY, who gave his life on 9/11.
* The 5k route will be an out-and-back on the Longleaf Pine Trail.
* This event will not be timed.
* Registered entrants will receive a free T-shirt if registered by 20 August 2026, and all participants will receive a race bib.
* Top 3 Male finishers and Top 3 Female Finishers will be awarded Medals.
PLEASE NOTE: The location: Carvers Creek - "Sandhills Access" MUST be accessed from 401 Ramsey Street.

PACKET PICKUP: Packets can be picked up on September 10th, 2026, at the 82nd Airborne Division Association's National Office (see address below) from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
