Join us at Mendon Ponds Park for the 5th Annual Seize the Day: Amer's Epilepsy Trail Race with three race options: 

  • 5K Trail Run or Walk (timed)
  • 10K Trail Run or Walk (timed)
  • One-Mile Fun Run or Walk (untimed)

Event Schedule

Check-In: 8:00am
5K & 10K Trail Race Start Time: 9:00am
Fun Run/Walk Start Time: 9:30am

 

Start & Finish

5K and 10K: These trail races will begin in the same location, just south of Canfield Rd., across the street from the from Pine Woods Trail.  The 5K and 10K courses will follow the North Meadow and East Esker trails.
One-Mile Fun Run: This trail fun run will follow the Pine Woods Trail, on the north side of Canfield Rd.

Walkers & Dogs

Walkers are welcome to participate in all three races and dogs on leashes are also permitted.

T-Shirts & Awards

T-shirts will be given to all participants who register ahead of time.
