From the Organizer
Join us for the Annual 5K Fun Run & Walk for Blood Clot Awareness —a family-friendly event designed to raise awareness and funds for blood clot survivors. This event will help provide vital resources to our community on the risks, symptoms, prevention, and diagnosis of blood clots.
Blood clots are a potentially fatal medical condition that affects ~900,000 Americans each year. VVI's 5K Run/ Walk not only aims to spread education and awareness about the dangers of blood clots, but we are striving to empower our community to take action and protect their health.
Whether you're a seasoned runner or just want to enjoy a walk through your neighborhood, this event is for all ages and fitness levels. Participants can choose to run or walk the 5K course, all while supporting a great cause.
