From the Organizer
Join us on September 20th, 2026, at 1:00 PM at Liberty Benton High School for the 5K Foot Pursuit , a race dedicated to promoting suicide awareness and mental health support, hosted by the Crime Prevention Association of Findlay/Hancock County and the Hancock County Sheriff's Office Peer Support Team. This event isn’t just about speed, it’s about chasing hope, breaking the stigma, and supporting those who need it most.
Inspired by the relentless pursuit of help and healing, this race challenges runners, walkers, and law enforcement professionals alike to come together in solidarity. Whether you’re running for yourself, for a loved one, or simply to show support, every step forward is a step toward awareness and change.
Let’s lace up, step up, and run for a cause that truly matters. Because in this pursuit, no one runs alone. All pre-registered participants receive a custom event shirt, and all finishers receive a medal at the finish line. Come out and support your community and enjoy the morning with us! Are you ready to join the chase? Register today!
**To guarantee a race T-shirt, please register by August 30th. Limited shirts may be available for purchase on race day, but availability is not guaranteed.**
** This event will be professionally timed by USA Race Timing & Event Management, ensuring accurate and reliable results for all participants. Their timing services will provide real-time results and a smooth race-day experience for runners of all levels.**
