4TH Annual
4th Annual Who Gives a Ruck? Ruck Walk is a running race on September 27, 2026 in Beloit, WI.
From the Organizer
The 4th Annual Who Gives a Ruck? Ruck Walk is dedicated to raising awareness about Veteran suicide and connecting Veterans and their families with the local mental health resources available in our community. Participants are encouraged to carry a 20-pound backpack/ruck (not provided) as a symbol of the approximately 20 Veterans who die by suicide each day.
100% of the proceeds from the event will benefit local organizations and agencies that support Veterans and their families throughout our community, providing resources, services, and assistance in a variety of ways.
This year, bring the whole family to the race and then stay for the Fall Fest at the Ballpark! We're raising money for veteran organizations in the morning, and then proceeds from the Fall Fest will go to The Greg Lindmark Foundation, supporting mental health in first responders. Help us help those who serve our communities with a full day of FUN!
