The 44th Annual Run/Walk for your Health is hosted by the Rogers City High School Cross Country Team
Saturday, August 15th, at 8:30 am
Early packet pick up - Friday 6:00-8:00 pm (corner of Michigan and 1st Street)
Race Day Registration is 7:00 -8:15 am (at Lakeside Pavillion)

Start/Finish is at corner of Michigan and 1st Street
1Mile Run/Walk starts at 8:30 am Age Group Awards 10 & Under; 11-13; 14-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; 70+
6k Run/Walk starts at 9:00 am - Plaques for Overall Male and Female Winners/Age Group Awards (3 deep) to male & female winners in the following age groups: 13 & Under; 14-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59;60-69; 70+
Course takes place on paved bike paths and streets. T-Shirts to all paid entries.
