8 Mile Run, 5 Mile Walk and/or 2 Mile Kid’s Run
One of the oldest running/walking events in Southern Indiana, the Lanesville Heritage Races presented by Lanesville Boys’ Basketball, features 3 events.
The 8-mile run and 5-mile non-competitive walk/run courses start at the Lanesville High School (not the gym) and wind into the countryside. This is one of the most scenic routes in Southern Indiana. The course takes you past several farms and over rolling hills throughout the beautiful Southern Indiana
Awards are given to the top 2 finishers in each age group for men and women in the 8-mile run.
The 2-mile kids’ run starts and finishes on the Lanesville High School track, with an out-and-back course design in-between. Timed results will be provided for each runner, and awards will be given to the top 2 finishers for both boys and girls.
In addition, we will have gift card door prizes to be drawn after races, along with winner awards. Winners must be present to win.
