Online Registration closes at 8:00 p.m. on Friday July 31st. You can still register on race day starting at 6:00 a.m. online and at the Start Line
All proceeds go to support the Bemidji High School and Middle School Track and Cross Country teams.
5K Race Saturday August 1st @8:00 am Start Behind Mayflower Building by Paul's Muscle Mecca and Finish by Paul and Babe
Registration and Bib Pick Up at 7:00am on race day; Race Starts 8:00am Cost: $30 for Pre Registration, $35 on Race Day
Awards: Medals will be given to all 5K runners.
FREE 1/2K Kids Run: Saturday August 1st, 2026 at about 9:00 am. No Registration required. Just show up and race. Start and Finish Near Paul and Babe.
