A charity fundraiser event now in its 11th year benefiting local initiatives to improve delivery of mental health care in the Hampton Roads area. The race is a certified fast out and back 5K course and a 1-mile Fun Run that courses through the scenic Harbour View area of Suffolk that runs alongside a golf course and passes several beautiful lakes. Race bling includes an awesome custom short sleeve tech running shirt for the first 250 participants guaranteed shirt size before July 19, 2025. Shirt order will be placed on 07/19/2025 after 12:00 noon. Easy parking available. This race has something for everyone from elite runners to walkers. Coffee and donuts served after the race. Race Route is a certified scenic, flat, paved 5K and 1 mile course that meanders through neighborhood streets along a golf course with a water stop and course marshals
BENEFIT:
Proceeds from the race will be used by the Chas Foundation to improve access to local mental health care. Board members will be on site to answer any questions and explain ongoing programs this race supports.

AWARDS:
5K - The top 3 Overall male and female will receive an award. 1st overall male and female Masters will receive an award. The top 3 male and female finishers in 10 yr. age groups: 19 & under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70-99 will receive an award. There are no awards given in the 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk.
