The Run Hard Running Team is an eight week program for Elementary and Middle Schoolers that builds confidence in kids through character value and run training. During the season, students will meet twice a week for 1 1/2 hours with a focus on endurance training and the Run Hard Core Values. Practice days for individual schools vary per location.
