Join RRCA Certified Running Coach Gail Cirlin-Lazerus, to train for the popular Rockland Road Runners Turkey Trot! Whether you are a beginner or would like to achieve a personal best, join this group to train for this amazing race. This program is open to everyone. There is no fee for Rockland Road Runners members. Not a member, no problem! Join RRR and have access to many other training programs for RRR races as well as discounts on RRR races. You will be prompted to become a RRR member when you register for this program. Children are not permitted to attend this weekly event (unless they are a registered participant).
Coach Gail will be distributing weekly training plans as well as providing opportunities for your long runs, and tips and encouragement along the way.
Registration in this program does not include your registration for the race. Please sign up for that separately.
