Target Race: Lakebottom 1 mile or 5K Sat August 1 - race is at Lakebottom Park not Hardaway High School
Description: 6 week training session for K- 6th Grade - each session will consist of training for 20- 30 minutes and finish with a run from 1/4 mile working up to a mile or more depending on ability. We meet once each week on Thursday from 6-7 pm.
