From the Organizer
Give your body the recovery it deserves after Grandma's Marathon. Join Duluth Running Co. and Pulse Barre & Fitness for a gentle flow yoga class led by Cassidy Glad, designed to help you loosen up tired muscles, calm the nervous system, and recharge after a weekend of racing, spectating, and celebrating.
This mindful, accessible practice links breath with movement through gentle sequences that ease tension, improve mobility, and promote recovery. Expect grounding postures, smooth transitions, and a relaxing savasana to close, leaving you feeling refreshed and restored.
Whether you crossed the finish line, volunteered, or spent the weekend cheering from the sidelines, come recover with our community and start your week feeling your best!
Important Information
• Class begins at 9:00 AM. Please plan to arrive 15–20 minutes early to check in and get settled before we begin.
• Bring your own yoga mat. If you're traveling or don't have access to a mat, a large towel will work just fine!
• Parking is available in the lot behind the former Hoops Brewing space and The Suites Hotel.
• Refreshments included! Each participant will receive an LMNT Sparkling beverage to enjoy after class.
We're looking forward to recovering and relaxing with you after an exciting Grandma's Marathon weekend!
