About our shelter:
Stafford Animal Shelter is an open-door shelter that accepts every pet in need regardless of species, breed, age or medical condition. They have no restrictions on length of stay and pets are provided veterinary care and a safe haven for as long as it takes to find them a new home. Stafford has served Montana since 1999 by preventing animal distress by caring for displaced animals, facilitating adoptions and reunions, minimizing pet overpopulation and pioneering humane education & community outreach. As a 501c3 nonprofit organization, they receive no sustainable funding from government agencies or national animal welfare organizations and must fundraise their operating costs annually. They rely on donations from individuals and businesses who support their mission and work in the community. www.staffordanimalshelter.org
