The 2025 Chris Cook will host a 5K race which tours Fremont Lake featuring 1 large hill just past the 2 mile mark. We will have one water station at the 1.5 mile mark.
AGE GROUPS - 0-10, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+.
