We are excited to be celebrating 13 years of our Little Ironman event!   This year's event is on Josh's 22nd birthday so we are going all out emoji style.  We hope you will join us in the celebration of Josh’s life and legacy he left for us…live loud and love BIG!  We are planning a fun filled day for your family to enjoy.  Our prayer is you will leave with a Garfield smile knowing you were a part of something bigger than all of us!

LITTLE IRONMAN 5K

START TIME:  5 PM

WHERE:  Sulphur Springs Community, includes a balloon release at Sulphur Springs Cemetery in honor of Josh.

Start/finish line, packet pick up and registration at Sulphur Springs Baptist Church from 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm.  Parking will be at Sulphur Springs School.  Shuttles will run before and after race. 

COST:  REGISTER NOW UNTIL AUGUST 20 AT MIDNIGHT is $ 25.00

RACE DAY- $ 30.00 

To guarantee a shirt with the 2026 image, you must pre-register by August 20th at midnight.  We will have a limited amount of 2026 shirts available race day along with our past event shirts.  All shirts will be available only while supplies last.  We will not be placing a post-race order due to increased cost.  

First 150 overall registrants for 5k & Fun Walk, and Mid Run will receive a swag bag.

Rewards For: Top Male/Top Female Overall, Top Male/Female 70+ (Masters), Along With Top 3 Of Each Age Group (Male/Female)

LITTLE IRONMAN VIRTUAL 5K

If you are unable to attend our event in person and would like the flexibility to run 3.1 miles on your own time and your favorite course, this is for you.  This is also a great option for friends and family that live out of town.  We will mail you your t-shirt and bib and you can share your time and photos with us by using #LittleIronman.  We look forward to seeing your photos!

COST:  $30.00 (to help cover shipping cost)

Registration will end for the Virtual 5K on 08/14/26 at midnight.  We will place your package in the mail on 08/15/26 in hopes you will receive your package before the official race date of 08/23/26.  

First 150 overall registrants for 5k, Fun Walk, and Mud Run will receive a swag bag.

1 MILE FUN WALK

START TIME:  5PM

If you prefer not to run and would like to walk, we are excited to offer a 1 mile Fun Walk.  We will start the same time as the 5K runners and walk from the church to the cemetery, release a balloon in honor of our sweet boy, and walk back to the church. Fun awards will be given to walkers at the conclusion of the 5K and Fun Walk.

Cost: $25.00

MUD RUN

START TIME:  3 PM

Fun Mud Run which includes a creek run, tires, balance beam, climbing walls, mud crawl, quintuple steps, monkey bars, large mud pit, and much more!!!

(Open for ages 3 and up-will run heats by age group-unlimited runs until 4:30 pm) 

Race day registration and packet pick up will be from 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm.  Parking will be at Sulphur Springs School.  Shuttles will run before and after the race.

GENERAL INFORMATION FOR ALL EVENTS:

Pre-race announcements, National Anthem, and a short devotional will begin at 4:30 pm. Concessions will be open from 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm also!!!

Wristbands will be on sale for $3.00. 

Online pre-registration payment will be by credit card.

Cash and checks will be accepted on race day-please make check to: the P.H.I.L. Foundation.  Credit cards will be accepted via online registrations only.     

100 % of all proceeds go to the P.H.I.L.
