A true test of strength! Join us for the worlds toughest mile! 100% of entry fees will be donated to charity. 

1 Mile = 

1 Lap Burpee Broad Jumps 

1 Lap Lunges 

1 Lap Bear Crawl 

1 Lap All out run 

 Join us in a unique fundraiser for two local marathon runners Cathy Roes and Marian Miears. Marian will be running the NYC Marathon in 2026 with Team for Kids, and Cathy will be runing the Tokyo Marathon in 2027 with the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition.

The format is open to interpretation, do it in whatever order you'd like, break it up and just 100M of each movement, create a relay team, the options are endless!
