Move for Impact: Kingston-Woodlawn Wellness Day 5K
Join us on Saturday, September 19, 2026, for the inaugural Move for Impact: Kingston-Woodlawn Wellness Day 5K! This exciting community event will be the first race to connect both the Kingston and Woodlawn neighborhoods, highlighting the people, places, and progress that make our community special.
The race course will take participants past key community landmarks, including Woodlawn High School, I3 Academy, Willow Wood Park, and new neighborhood developments that represent the continued growth and investment occurring throughout the area.
More than a race, Move for Impact is a celebration of health, wellness, and community. Following the race, participants and attendees are invited to enjoy a full Wellness Day experience featuring:
• Health screenings and wellness resources
• Farmers market-style vendors
• Fitness demonstrations and activities
• Youth and family engagement opportunities
• Community organizations and local businesses
Proceeds from the event will support programs that address critical challenges facing the Kingston-Woodlawn community, helping create opportunities for residents to thrive.
Race Day Schedule:
• 7:00 AM – Race Registration & Check-In Opens
• 8:00 AM – 5K Race Begins
• 9:00 AM – Wellness Day Activities Open
• 1:00 PM – Event Concludes
