From the Organizer
Each year the track and field coaching staff of Nazareth University hosts summer clinics on speed development on the beautiful campus of Nazareth University in the town of Pittsford, NY.
Upstate Speed Elite is designed to meet the needs of each individual athlete. The summer clinic is dedicated to sprint/speed development for all sport athletes.
The 2 day per week format allows for individuals to be provided specialized instruction on how to be a faster athlete. Younger athletes can learn the proper technique while older athletes can work on specialized skills/technique and training. All training will be based on ability and specific to each athlete's individual needs. Train with experienced coaches, NCAA All-Americans and National Champions. Sign up for the entire summer, smaller packages or pay when you arrive.
Each Package includes 4 sessions: $120.00 / Individual, one on one speed consulting sessions. email: jgoss2@naz.edu for more info.
