Lace up and join us for a 5K Run and 2-Mile Walk supporting SAAF’s mission for a healthy San Antonio. Celebrate health, hope, and community with inclusive activities like music, health fair and warm-up sessions before the race — all while raising vital funds for the San Antonio AIDS Foundation. Your steps help provide free HIV/STI testing, medical care, nutritious meals, housing, mental health and support services for people in need. Bring your friends and together let’s carry forward a legacy of dignity, hope, and health for everyone in our community.

Gift a Bib to Thrive Youth
Give Thrive's youth the chance to join SAAF Run/Walk. When you purchase a 'Gift a Bib to Thrive Youth' ticket on our website, that registration will go directly to a Thrive Youth Center youth (https://thriveyouthcenter.org/). This provides LGBTQ youth a safe way to take part in this recreational and inclusive event, with their privacy and well-being protected.
