From the Organizer
The Texas Distance Festival is now a two-day meet, with events split by distance:
Friday (March 20): ALL 800m & ALL 3200m races
Saturday (March 21): ALL 1600m & ALL 5K races
Athletes may compete in multiple events across both days. All race sections will be run from slowest to fastest, with elite races closing each night. This new format gives runners the opportunity to double up and chase PRs over two days of racing.
Please review the updated schedule when planning entries and travel. This is an open/unattached event; athletes may not represent their schools.
Schedule:
Friday evening: 800-meter and 3200-meter races
Saturday evening: 1600-meter and 5K races
