Skippin & Sippin 5K & PHun Walk/Run is a running race on October 24, 2026 in Gulf Shores, AL, featuring the 5K distance, with an entry fee of $30.
From the Organizer
Proudly partnered with LuLu's Gulf Shores and Parrot Heads in Paradise (PHIP), Inc., Skippin & Sippin, Inc. welcomes Parrot Heads from across the country to Gulf Shores each October for the Annual Skippin & Sippin 5K & PHun Walk/Run during Meeting of the Minds.
What began as the dream of one remarkable Mermaid Sister has grown into a meaningful tradition with a morning filled with hope, phriendship, and giving back.
This event brings together runners, walkers, bralunteers, breast cancer patients and survivors, sponsors, and supporters who believe in making a difference. Every registration helps provide hope, meaningful assistance, and lasting support to breast cancer patients throughout Gulf Shores, surrounding communities, and eligible Parrot Head members in good standing nationwide.
After crossing the finish line, celebrate with our signature after-party at LuLu's Gulf Shores before joining the LuLu's annual Second Line Tribute honoring the life and legacy of Jimmy Buffett.
Whether you're chasing a personal best, enjoying a walk with phriends, or simply celebrating community, every Skip, Sip, and Step helps carry Susan's dream forward.
Join us this October and become part of a PHamily with a purpose.
