Kick off your Independence Day with a fun, festive 5K in the heart of Norfolk! The Run White & Blue 5K is a family-friendly race that winds through Downtown Norfolk, takes you through the scenic trails of Johnsons Park, and along the beautiful riverfront before finishing back downtown—just in time for the city’s 4th of July Parade at 10:00 AM.

Race Packet Pick-Up: Friday, July 3rd from 5:00-7:00PM or Saturday, July 4th from 6:30-7:45AM at Riverpoint Square 301 W Norfolk Ave (Downtown Norfolk)
Same-Day Registration:
Didn't register in advance? No problem! You can still sign up on race day. Same-day registration will be available from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m.
