RUN ROCKAWAY BEACH (RTC) INVITES ALL RUNNERS TO A FREE JULY COACHING CLINIC AT SHIRLEY CHISHOLM PARK (SCP)
In preparation for the upcoming fall running season, RTC will be meeting at SCP Tuesdays and Thursdays in July by the Pennsylvania ave parking lot at 9:30am for informative qualified Coaching and Training.
Each session will include fundamental training and racing techniques as well as one-to-one coaching to achieve personal goals.
ALL LEVELS OF RUNNERS ARE WELCOME AND THERE IS NO CHARGE.
Please come prepared to run for at least an hour and bring your own water or hydration.
