The fun will begin at 8:00 AM with a supported river swim, followed by an out & back (no drop) ride at 9:05 am, then returning to the Park for food (around 10:00 am). This year, the post-ride food will be provided by the Club, so **BE SURE TO RSVP**
We need you to register for the Social so that we can order food/drinks accordingly. This event is open to you and your family, so a head count is very important!

BIKE RIDE:
Bike - Wheels rolling at 9:05 am the ride will leave the parking lot. This is a casual ride (no drop). There will be a sweeper rider at the end of the last group.
* This is not a car supported ride (bring your hydration, spare tube and CO2 cartridge, as well as any other tools) and your cell phone. *
The 18.8 mile bike is on rural roads heading west toward 288 and Powhatan. Riders will make a left hand turn on Manakintown Ferry Rd. after the church. This very nice and lowly populated road has 2 gradual climbs. The hill climb on Manakintown is substantial (3 percent and is just under 1.7 miles in length. The elevation change is approximately 194 ft) and you will need to train for it or walk it. The midway point on the ride is a U-turn just before Page Rd. You fly back down then make a right turn back onto Robious Rd (Huguenot trail) and back to Robious Landing Park.
