The bus trip is reserved for Sierra Challenge Club Members ONLY. Fortunately, membership to the Sierra Challenge Express club is inexpensive, and it is easy to register: https://runsignup.com/Club/CA/Fresno/SierraChallengeExpressRunningClub
Lunch and light snacks will be provided
Registration for the Brian Waterbury Memorial Rock to Pier Fun Run and Rock’n Around the Pier Half Marathon is required, as registered runners are prioritized for the bus trip (registration is first come, first served). As the event date approaches, the event directors may be permit SCE club members who wish to be a race spectator register for the event on a first-come, first serve basis
Members must indicate team "Sierra Challenge Express" when registering for the race.
Must be 13 years or older. Minors must be accompanied by a guardian.

Pick-up Location:
The bus will arrive at 4am for passenger loading. The bus will be leaving Fleet Feet promptly at 4:30am.

4am - Bus arrives at Fleet Feet
4:30am - Bus departs Fleet Feet (Promptly!)
5:20am - Bus departs Lemoore Chevron station (Promptly!)
7:30am - Bus arrives at Morro Rock
8:00 am - Races (10k and half) Start
3pm - Depart Morro Bay
We highly recommend bringing an extra set of clothes, including shoes (The Rock to Pier website itself states, “This event is held on the beach – you will get wet”). These extra items can be left on the bus, but we ask that you be mindful of not leaving anything valuable unattended
Lunch is tentatively set to be provided by Harbor Hut in Morro Bay. Sierra Challenge Express will be footing the lunch bill. As such, we will be providing a curated menu. If you have any food allergies or intolerances, let us know ASAP at SierraChallengeExpressClub@gmail.com, so we can plan for accommodations accordingly.
